The latest album by internationally acclaimed violinist Isabella Li Lao, presents a compelling musical journey bridging cultures and traditions. Released by China Record Group in 2024, the album features a vibrant selection of works by composers including F. Chopin, P. de Sarasate, Zhao Jiping, R. Schumann and Bao Yuankai. Recorded on two legendary instruments, a Stradivari (1735) and a Guarneri del Gesu (1735). Under the direction of Grammy-winning recording engineer and produced in high-definition HQCDII format, Sound From East To West offers listeners an immersive concert-hall experience, illuminating Isabella Li Lao's distinctive tone, imaginative phrasing, and her unique ability to unite the musical languages of East and West.
